Gourmet Booze was created by 3 partners with a combined 40 years of experience in all positions of the restaurant and bar business. When 2020 disrupted the hospitality industry, many people found themselves at home, but still craving the experience of a craft cocktail. This gave our 3 guys an idea to make syrups and mixes that gave their customers that same experience at home. They worked with subscription based and gift boxing companies to deliver that experience to customers all over the US. Once things began to open up again, the whole industry had changed. Consistency and speed were hard
to find. As restaurant goers returned, they weren’t getting the same experience they had before, and we noticed that. This gave us the idea to branch out and produce on an even larger scale.
Since 2021, Gourmet Booze has been providing restaurants and events in South Florida with the best version of their beverage program in a new and improved way.
